Thankfully she didn’t!
We all made it to Saatchi&Saatchi without any cheesy team names, cheap suits or corny phrases like:
“I’m the king of business, and I wipe my bum with money because I’m gonna be so rich”.
With all our brands in hand, we revealed them to Alex Sattlecker & Linda Weitgasser.
We presented a range of ideas from sitcoms to medicines that make you sick. Holly & Joanna even touched on the hot topic of transgender.
The overall winners:
Joe Shields & Charlie Raymont
(“Bisen” safety earphones)
Best Art Direction:
Bradie Lewis & Miriam Patience
(“Orb” the travel funding globe)
The Interesting Ideas:
(“Touch Time” a watch for the blind)
(“Snug” the back pack designed for solo travelling)
(“Acronym” the advertising sitcom)
Thank you to Alex & Linda for your time and a very interesting brief

The GRT competition – a great brief from Autistica – came to a head at the DMA awards in December. Up for the prizes were Gina & Freya, Kerry & Megan and Grace & Lo.With gina & Freya coming out on top – with a £1,000 first prize, coming second were Grace & Lo, winning £500. Well done all!
A big thank you to all at GRT especially Cordell, Stephen, Roj and Megan for making it a night to remember!
Our First Year Advertising Students had an exciting time in Paris recently. We were based on the Left Bank in a chic little hotel near to the buzzing Boulevard St. Germain. Lots of landmarks were spotted, museums and galleries visited and French pastries scoffed. The odd glass of vin rouge was downed in the many hostelries nearby.
Everyone made it back to Blighty with a store of memories and more importantly, loads of photos, so we ran a competition to find the best images of this most capital of capital cities. There were 6 categories and you can see the winners posing in front of their winning shots here. So a big well done to Miriam, Louie, Lucy, Joe (twice!) and Jordan.
